Welcome to Lowell Roggow RPT- The RPT stands for "Registered Piano Technician". The RPT certification is issued by the Piano Technician's Guild and involves passing 3 days of testing in piano technology. I have been a piano technician since 1972 and a RPT since 1999. In addition to thousands of residential customers, I have been a technician for Metro State University Denver since 2000 and a technician for Aurora Public Schools since 2000. I also served a President of the Denver Piano Technicains Guild from 2002-2010 and am also associated with the PTG chapter in Colorado Springs.
